Every school can use AgentChamp™ free, with at least half the library from 8am to 4pm on school days. A School Licence opens the full library, reading at home for every pupil and the analysis. Families can add a Family plan for the full library at school and at home.

School Licence
Founding schools that buy before 1 September 2027 pay £3 a pupil, minimum £250, locked for 3 years.

How the price is worked out
A primary school is priced on its number on roll, so every pupil is covered. Other schools are priced on the pupils they enrol. A school of 210 pupils pays £840 a year, or £630 at the founding price. No VAT is added.
If you do not renew
If you do not renew, your school goes back to the free account: at least half the library during the school day. Books pupils have finished stay on their shelf.
Home reading for a few pupils
Only need reading at home for a few pupils? Named home-reading seats are £18 a pupil a year, for schools without a licence.
Story credits
Schools can also buy story credits to commission bespoke stories for their classes. Your school admin allocates them to teachers, and they are priced in the admin console.

Yes. A school pays for its School Licence once a year, by card or by invoice, from the admin console. For a quote or a pro-forma invoice, or to buy for a trust or a group of schools, email support@agentchamp.co.uk.
The School Licence never does: it is one payment a year, and nothing is charged again unless you buy again. The Family plan renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. We email you 2 days before a free trial ends; on a yearly plan, 30 days and 7 days before each renewal; and on a monthly plan, 7 days before every sixth payment.
Your Family plan carries on at £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, whichever you chose, until you cancel. You add a card to start. We remind you 2 days before the trial ends. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. The free trial is for new members, one per account.
